Subsea Commissioning Specialist (PDV-03)

Accountabilities:
  • The Subsea Commissioning Engineer is responsible for all subsea controls pre-commissioning and commissioning activities associated with the subsea facilities for the project. Duties will include all verification and certification activities associated with the FAT, EFAT and SIT of the subsea equipment. The verification scope also covers all pre-commissioning and commissioning activities that take place on the offshore control platform and the offshore installation and support vessels. The Subsea  Commissioning Engineer will assist in the development of the subsea  pre commissioning and commissioning test plans and ensure technical compliance to company standards and guidelines. The Subsea   Commissioning Engineer is also responsible for development of and adding input to the subsea planning scope, including the planning and scheduling of the subsea pre-commissioning and commissioning activities as well as reviewing the EPCI schedules and plans.
  • The Subsea  Commissioning Engineer will ensure all scope and equipment interfaces are defined and that all roles and responsibilities for these interfaces are clear and agreed. The Subsea Commissioning Engineer will assist in the preparation and planning of the subsea start-up as part of an overall integrated Start-Up of the project.
  • The Subsea   Commissioning Engineer will also be the responsible on site signatory for assurance and verification requirements for the subsea  equipment and the subsea systems pre commissioning and commissioning via the company certification handover system and ensure that the completions system is structured so as to allow efficient verification and handover of the subsea equipment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

People & Leadership:
  • Actively participate as a member of the Commissioning Team to assist in setting clear direction and communicate delivery expectations to the project team, contractors and vendors.

Commissioning and Start-Up Execution:
  • Review the development of all subsea pre-commissioning and commissioning processes, procedures and activities are carried out in line with company Standards and Practices.
  • Participating in Equipment FATs, EFATS and FIT including: umbilicals, Xtrees, Manifold, SDA, SDU, CDU, SCM, MCS, ICSS, EFLs, HFL, FOF, and all mounting Bases.
  • Attending/Participating in Project Equipment SITs – Various Sites.
  • Compiling Subsea System Testing Philosophy.
  • Provide input to and assure delivery of Vendor pre-commissioning and Commissioning Engineers, work scope, test plans and procedures.
  • Verifying successful close-out of all outstanding engineering, construction, installation and punchlist issues.
  • Establish handover system limits and acceptance criteria with Delivery Teams, Contractors and Operations.
  • Development and review of the subsea pre-commissioning and commissioning procedures and ensure that all aspects of the subsea controls commissioning are catered for.
  • Assist in the development of the onshore   Systems testing and the commissioning plans and procedures to ensure that the subsea controls testing is fully covered.
  • Work closely with the subsea contractor construction and commissioning team to ensure alignment and preparation for the offshore installation and commissioning phase. 
  • Monitor  the Pre-Commissioning Umbilical scope and manage multiple teams for both projects
  • Working with Installation Team to ensure a comprehensive handover to Commissioning
  • Working with Operations Team to ensure a comprehensive handover from Commissioning
  • Working with CTR  Commissioning Team to ensure a comprehensive commissioning handover
  • Review  a robust offshore program Completions System based upon the company completions process including all new installed subsea infrastructure to ensure the subsea installation works are correctly verified with clear custody transfer/handover approvals for all systems from each phase through to Operations.
  • Ensure that commissioning and production operations requirements are reflected in all design aspects, including .
  • Communicate and Liaise with the Completions and Certification Lead to ensure timely sign off on the Installation Procedures and Handover Certificate.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience as the commissioning engineer minimum of 10 years.
  • Experienced to conduct the pre commissioning and commissioning with the PROCESSING PLAT FORM, FPU, Subsea or similar Work (EPCI) at projects in particular Brown Field.
  • 7 years supervisory experiences in relevant discipline engineer in upstream oil and gas facilities.
  • Numerate and fully computer literate and will also have familiarity with Mechanical Completion Management Software.
  • The assigned CONTRACTOR PERSONNEL shall capable to communicate the Work with other parties.
  • The candidate shall be able to organise, communicate and coordinate within the Project Development team in a proactive and cohesive manner.
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Education: BSC of Engineering (Mechanical / Marine)

Required Competencies:

  • Have an  experience for  Subsea Deepwater Project at least 2 projects as  subsea installation, pre-com/commissioning engineer.

  • Maintain a clean work area at all times. Provide maintenance services to the loading equipment and execution of the preventive maintenance program of the Terminal, without interfering with the daily filling of trucks (valves and pipes). Calibration of flow meters. Hydrostatic testing of piping. Enable and disable the electric motors for pumps, tanks, filling rack
  • Participate in all training courses scheduled by the Superintendence of the Terminal, as well as in all contingency drills. Give logistical support in Terminal. Comply with any other task entrusted by the Superintendent within the operations of the Terminal.

Job Summary:
This position has a wide remit range HSE activities in lead risks management initiatives in logistic areas including aviation, marine and logistic bases, including liaising with logistic team and aviation technical authority. 2. Operation Excellence Specialist

Job Summary: 
This operations leadership role provides technical expertise through the identification of business improvement opportunities executed through the development and implementation of targeted improvement plans across all Premier operated assets. The Operations Excellence Specialist will develop and implement best practice and procedures to continually improve Production Operations performance in the Indonesia Business Unit, as well as champion cross discipline improvement programmes that support continuous improvement, including operations employee performance/ development and contracted third party services.

This is a strategic role within the operations team, and provides an opportunity for an experienced operations professional with a demonstrated background in the identification, planning, execution and engagement of performance improvement across a breadth of operations activities. Strong influencing and stakeholder engagement are a necessity of the incumbent, as well as an understanding of change management principles. The preferred candidate must be able to demonstrate case history of performance improvement programmes and leadership across a wide section of an organization that they do not have direct line management of.

Accountable to give provision of Operations Excellence advice, expertise and guidance to production assets and new developments as required and drive initiatives to completion that contribute to long-term sustainable Operational Excellence.

Requirement: 
  • A degree in Engineering or Technical discipline is essential. Qualification in a secondary technical discipline or engineering degree would be considered advantageous.
  • Total oilfield experience > 20 years, preferably at least 15 years of which are with an operating Oil Company.
  • Previous Supervisory or Managerial experience essential (preferably in more than one discipline) including offshore installation(s).

1. Crane Maintenance Supervisor

Requirements:
  • Experience at least 5 years in supervising of any crane maintenance and mechanical job including lifting equipment, engines, and power pack. 
  • Overall 10 years experience in performing the similar job of lifting equipment and crane maintenance/ repair and have offshore experience in oil and gas industries.
  • Holding Diploma III (D3) degree in engineering will be preferable.
  • Have certificate in crane inspection and maintenance e.g : Migas Crane Inspector or API RP 2C/2D or well known lifting equipment on lifting equipment maintenance.
  • Have computer literacy minimum on Microsoft office (MS Word, MS Excel )
  • Have understanding to the related industrial and MIGAS standard in operation, maintenance and repair of lifting equipment and crane such as but not limited to MIGAS regulation, API RP 2C/ 2D, and ASME B30 Series crane standards.
  • Have experience and physical ability to work on onshore and offshore installations in the climatic conditions of the site.

2. Lifting Engineer

Requirements: 
  • Holding Bachelor degree (S1) with at least 3 years experience in lifting engineering or Diploma III (D3) with at least 5 years experience in lifting engineering.
  • Capable to make onshore Lifting Plan calculation and lifting arrangement drawing. 
  • Able to generate lifting plan drawing with AutoCAD.
  • Familiar and understand with crane (mobile crane), lifting equipment, lifting calculation and Lifting Plan.
  • Familiar and Understand with crane and lifting code, standard, and procedure such as, API, ASME, DNV 27.1, and Migas regulation.
  • Familiar and able to operate MS Excel, Power Point and Word.
  • Have training skill certificate.
