FIELD SPECIALIST - WIRELINE SERVICE

Role Summary:
An opening for Field Specialist – Wireline Service based in Balikpapan, Indonesia. The position will support the Wireline Service Field Operations Division.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Perform wireline open hole logging service and/or cased hole logging service and/or perforations and other wireline service at wellsite, in efficient and safe manner.
  • Lead wireline crew during operations at wellsite.
  • Perform wireline job cycle, including preparation at base, execution at wellsite, post-job at base and problem resolution if required.
  • Provides record of such equipment and other assemblies as run to the Customer Representative at the wellsite.
  • Advises Customer Representative in spotting and actuating such equipment and in troubleshooting.

  • A-frame hydraulic servicing and function test
  • ROV and cage hydraulic installation and assembly
  • Tether spooling
  • Installation and removal of ROV buoyancy blocks
  • Adhere to facility safety procedures and maintain a good housekeeping standard

  • Undertake specific projects as instructed by management.
  • Carry out work in accordance with the Company Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Systems.

Qualifications:
  • D3/S1 graduate from Engineering Background (Technical High School with experience 3 years
  • Familiar with MS-Office
  • Fluent English language
  • Strong Leadership
  • Good Communication Skill
  • Good knowledge on Electrical Schematic Diagram.


2. Electronic Technician

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Repair and maintenance of all ROV electrical system.
  • Incorporate all electrical modification to ROV systems as and when directed by Superiors.
  • Check the complete electrical system when received in the workshop and rectify the defect list provided by the previous ROV Supervisor worked on the system.
  • Ensure that all critical spares are updated and complete in the system before leaving workshop.
