1. Sr. Reservoir Engineer

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) graduate in Petroleum Engineering from reputable university with a minimum of 11 years of experience in Oil & Gas Industries in related position.
  • Hands-on experience in reservoir simulation and principles to solve problems and identify enhancement opportunities at mature field with carbonate reservoir, such as, exploration & development, workover, well intervention, chemical injection, water shutoff.
  • Well-experienced in reservoir engineering and pattern technical practices; reservoir characterization (PVT & SCAL), analytical, pressure transient and well performance analysis, oil and gas field reserve estimation (Volumetric, DCA, MBal), economic evaluation.

  • Well-experienced in business process with related function within Government of Indonesia (SKK Migas) is an advantage.

2. Legal Manager

  • Minimum Bachelor (S1) Degree in Legal preferably Master Degree graduate with a minimum of 15 years of experience in related position in Upstream Oil & Gas Company both as a lawyer and legal manager.
  • Strong knowledge and advanced understanding of legal framework of oil and gas operations both from regulatory, contractual and business perspective.
  • In-depth knowledge of oil & gas business process and applicable procedures.
  • Strong lawyering skill including strong communication and negotiation skill.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan and conduct a routine visit to Rotomolding and Specialized Injection customers -either contract, spot or prospective customer- and report the visit through CRM.

  • Conduct routine chemical and physical tests on lubricating oils and greases, applying test methods from the ASTM, IP, TMS and SMS as required, and operating appropriate Laboratory instruments, for the purpose of establishing that the products meet applicable specifications.

  • Conduct trial blend and formula calculation for new product and current product development.

  • Conduct B3 waste handling and monitoring from laboratory, include pump sumpit if require condition happen.

Asset Integrity disciplines, to ensure integrity, effectiveness, and optimum support within production, maintenance, and other operational activities. Provides leadership in the execution of asset integrity management plans, and technical support activities including audits; implementation of asset integrity programs along with the setting up of KPI of asset integrity management.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Familiar with PLC,SCADA,DCS of various manufactures
  • Hands of experience in troubleshooting control system in term of logic and hardware, and network, and related field devices/transmitters
  • Familiar with modbus communication and OPC
  • Familiar with design of Process Control System, Emergency Shutdown System, and Fire and Gas System.

Technical Abilities:
  • Experience in PLC and SCADA of various brands : Schneider, DeltaV, Siemens and Allen Bradley
  • Good knowledge in programming logic and HMI by using various language :Ladder, Function Block Diagram, “C” or Visual Basic based scripting language
  • Must have ability to read P&ID, Loop Diagrams, Junction Box and marshalling cabinet schematic diagram, cable block diagrams, and control schematic, etc.
  • Good knowledge in design of PCS, ESD and F&G.
  • Knowledge of hazardous and non hazardous area equipment certifications.
  • Knowledge of various electronics parts used in marshalling panel.
  • Experience in Root Cause Analysis and in troubleshooting of control system in hardware and logic.
  • Familiar with data exchange of SCADA system through modbus, and setup of OPC server and client.

  • Diploma Secretarial graduate or Business administration/Management
  • Minimum 2 years experience as secretarial functions for managerial level personnel
  • Training and Courses: Employee Induction including HSE Awareness, Introduction to the oil & gas industry organised by SEAPEX, Office Computer Application Advance Course, Secretarial or administration Advance Course – Re. Communicating Assertively.
  • Knowledge, Technical, and Professional Skills: Capable to use office application computer program, Good knowledge of administrative work, Good command of spoken and written English
  • Required Competencies: Problem solving, Maintain absolute confidentiality/discretion, Flexibility, Innovation, Decision making, Teamwork, Relations management, Communication and negotiation.
