1. Rotating Sr. Technician

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Preventive Maintenance:

  • Execute scheduled preventive maintenance tasks for rotating equipment such as pumps, compressors, blowers, fans, turbines, mixers, and gearboxes.
  • Use standard PM checklists to verify mechanical condition and performance.
  • Perform vibration monitoring checks and report abnormalities.

2. Corrective & Breakdown Maintenance:

  • Diagnose faults and perform corrective repair of failed rotating equipment components (e.g., bearing change, seal replacement, alignment).
  • Work with maintenance planners and engineers to restore equipment with minimal downtime.
  • Ensure quality workmanship and use proper tools and procedures.

3. Routine Inspection & Monitoring:

  • Conduct daily patrols to check abnormal sound, temperature, or leaks in rotating machines.
  • Record findings and report early signs of mechanical issues.
  • Support root cause analysis for repeated failures or chronic problems.

4. Overhaul & Major Maintenance:

  • Participate in machine overhauls during turnarounds or major shutdowns.
  • Disassemble, inspect, repair, and reassemble major equipment under supervision.
  • Follow OEM guidelines and internal standards during overhauls.

5. Precision Maintenanc:

  • Perform alignment using laser or dial indicators.
  • Check for soft foot, balance, runout, and other critical parameters.
  • Apply proper torque, tolerances, and fitting techniques.

6. Documentation & Reporting:

  • Complete work orders, checklists, and maintenance reports accurately.
  • Use CMMS (SAP or similar system) to log tasks and close maintenance jobs.

7. Safety & Compliance:

  • Follow all safety rules, permit-to-work systems, and LOTO procedures.
  • Use PPE and safe tools for mechanical jobs.
  • Report unsafe conditions or near-miss incidents.

9. Teamwork & Collaboration:

  • Work closely with process operations, reliability, and engineering teams.

Job Requirements:

2. Jr. Static Piping Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Assist in the inspection, maintenance, and repair of static equipment such as pressure vessels, heat exchangers, storage tanks, piping systems, and valves.
  • Support maintenance activities as per schedules and procedures.
  • Participate in equipment troubleshooting and help prepare technical reports for identified issues.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance and inspection records in the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).

 1. Maintenance Planning & Execution

  • Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and reliability teams to execute planned work.

We are seeking a Production Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of equipment and systems at our upstream oil and gas facilities. This includes monitoring and controlling production processes.

  • Perform and monitor day-to-day process activities and work teams job assignments in accordance with Offshore and Onshore Operations requirements to ensure plant unit availability, reliability, and safety in compliance with the Company rules, policies, guidelines and statutory requirements.

  • Conduct tests on filling samples and provide advice on remedial measures (including quantity of product to slop) in the event that an unacceptable level of line contamination is detected.
  • Perform checks and acknowledgement on incoming materials e.g. chemicals, gases, equipment parts, and other laboratory materials.
  • Know and comply with the Company's Safety Regulations and laboratory good practices; and ensure good housekeeping is maintained during the course of daily work.
  • Know and comply with the Plant's Quality Procedures and Laboratory Work Instructions.
  • Check that Plant Operators submit correct samples in accordance with sampling requirements and amend sample card information if necessary.
  • Enter test results into GSAP or other designated computer management system.
  • Perform usage decision for Base oils and additives in GSAP, consulting the Head of Laboratory or Laboratory Team Leader, if necessary.
  • Conduct trial blend and formula calculation for new product and current product development.
  • Throw out retain sample in the end of period from blending retain, filling retain, base oil retain, additive retain, flush retain and fill control retain book with suitable samples condition.
  • Conduct B3 waste handling and monitoring from laboratory, include pump sumpit if require condition happen.
  • Conduct flush calculation for used in product and conduct monitoring flush movement and usage.

Requirements:
  • University Degree/Diploma in Chemical Engineering with 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Technical Qualification in Chemistry
  • Laboratory experience.

Role Purpose:

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Achieve the agreed instrumentation PM and CM target to ensure the achievement of safe and reliable operations.

2. Asset Integrity Coordinator

Role Purpose:
Instrumental in the support of the Ruby offshore facilities by planning, controlling, coordinating, and evaluating static asset integrity activities, including Piping, Pressure Vessel, pipeline, corrosion, structure, inspection, Statutory Migas re-certification and Loose Lifting Regime Inspection.

Asset Integrity disciplines, to ensure integrity, effectiveness, and optimum support within production, maintenance, and other operational activities. Provides leadership in the execution of asset integrity management plans, and technical support activities including audits; implementation of asset integrity programs along with the setting up of KPI of asset integrity management.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Develop asset integrity strategic planning and program to ensure availability of effective, efficient and productive planning to support operational activities in optimum manner, which includes a mix of planned and scheduled routines along with predictive and corrective tasks and inspections
  • Oversee the Asset Integrity Management System (AIMS) to ensure the system operationality and reliability
  • Direct and control risk-based analysis and evaluation process performed by third party within asset integrity area to ensure minimum probability of accidents, incidents that might potentially affecting life, asset, property, and the environment and comply with Mubadala Petroleum standards as well as Indonesia legislation

  • Develop new and review existing equipment for Planned Maintenance Routine
  • Lead and prepare reports on trouble shooting and incident investigations
  • Support HSSE&AI Manager in implementation of Well Integrity Management Standard, SCE verification and Process Safety within IBU
  • Under the auspices of the Operation Management System (OMS) assist with the development of the appropriate processes, procedures and work practices.
  • Assist in the development of Pre and Post Start Up Training Plan to include HSSE Training and Vendor Training.
  • Support the Operations Engineering to effectively control the OPEX budget of asset integrity management).
  • Instrumental in the development of an Integrated Plan to ensure any planned / unplanned downtime is effectively managed and communicated (Partners / Migas / vendors etc).
  • Identify Long Term Service Agreements (LTSA’s) and develop appropriate Scopes of Work (e.g. Intelligent Pigging, Underwater Inspection, and Corrosion Inhibitor).
  • Participate in contract / service agreement pricing and in review of technical bids.

Qualifications include but not limited to:
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering with major Material/Metallurgical/Mechanical/ Ocean/Civil.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the areas of AI/Facility Engineering/Corrosion Engineering/Pipeline Engineering/Structure Engineering in the Oil & Gas /Petrochemical/ Geothermal/Engineering Company or AI Consultancy Services.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Produce LNG, Condensate and Refrigerant by operating the plant and equipment in a safe and efficient manner meeting ADP (Annual Delivery Program) requirements guided by Operations Procedures, Standing Orders and Work Instructions to meet production target and quality.
  • Establish preventive measures pertaining to Loss of Primary Containment (LOPC) to ensure mitigation measures are in place in case of LOPC.
  • Identify plant and equipment operating parameter deviations, provide problem analysis and suggestion and report to the shift supervisor / OPS Superintendent and determine follow up actions to correct any defects until completion in order for the equipment or process to return to optimum condition in minimum time.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of units operational and plant maintenance status by referring to daily instructions, logbooks and shift change over communications to the incoming shift in a systematic and orderly manner for effective transfer of shifts.
  • Prepare, establish and implement safety checks, gas testing and acknowledge Clearance Certificates prior to any maintenance activities, monitor the completion of the job to ensure they are performed according to DSLNG safety and process safety requirements effectively and within targeted time.
  • Oversee plant and equipment, conduct plant inspection and safety tours to identify unsafe conditions and practices, classifies equipment from hazard point of view to ensure required action are taken to maintain equipment in optimum condition, provide detail report to his/her shift supervisor if any abnormities for further action.

Job Qualifications:
  • Diploma Degree in Technical area or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the LNG Plant.
  • Having knowledge in LNG processing.
  • Preferable to have Loading Master Certificate and Certified Gas Tester.
  • Ability to perform HAZOP, risk assessment and understand barriers required to mitigate risks.

2. Mechanical Technician

Job Responsibilities:
  • Safely execute installation, maintenance, shutdown maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment both rotating and static in hazardous and high explosive environment (air instrument compressors, gas turbine generators, gas turbine compressors, refrigerant compressors, process pumps, cryogenic pumps, vessels, column, LNG loading arms, tank storage, diesel engine generators, piping, manual valves, safety valves, control valves, process control, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, hydro mechanical systems and related equipment and apparatus used in the production).
  • As Work Leader to lead and coordinate with other related discipline and section or department to execute job safely and effectively, to ensure hazard are identified and mitigation has been applied and covered in the PTW.
  • Act as Field Mechanical Supervisor during his / her absence, and perform all his / her basic function and accountabilities.
  • Prepare and review the Shutdown Job pack and Routine Job in related with material needs, manpower usage and time frame and also execution in coordination with supervisor and maintenance planer. Understand and implement safety policy and procedures in shutdown preparation.
  • Analyze and identify hazard in maintenance job execution and determine mitigation of the hazard to establish Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) that attached in Permit To Work ( PTW).

Job Qualifications:
  • Diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in mechanical maintenance, both rotating and static in oil and gas or petrochemical industry.
  • Rotating and Static equipment maintenance training.
  • BNSP / LSP Migas for mechanical Technician.
  • Familiar with PTW system, SPO system and CMMS.
  • Familiar with PID, PFD, Service manual, and Isometric Drawing.
