Accountability
Reporting to Operations Subsea Coordinator, the Subsea Operation Specialist is responsible for the following:
- Ensure the subsea inspection, repair & maintenance activities involving diving, ROV nd Vessel Services for ENI subsea assets to safely maintain the integrity of the subsea facilities in full compliance with legislation and company standards.
- Ensure the subsea capital spares and inventory being preserved, maintained and optimized.
- Ensure the subsea intervention project in the pursuit of sustaining or enhancing an existing asset's production perform effectively and efficiently.
- Responsible for delivering the Subsea Facilities Integrity Management System (SFIM) and ensuring compliance/delivery/reporting with refers to MSG Operation Annex D and BP-SVI-ENG-004
- Provide support for Technical Integrity for Development Project (opi_svi_021 AIM in Development Phase) & for carryover activities (warranty call) related SFIM, PIM (subsea), refers on OPLOPE 040_Handover
- Responsible for SECE Management related with subsea facilities based on OPI HSE 021 Responsible for managing Inspection, Maintenance and Repair (IMR) for all subsea production system and infrastructure including flow lines, pipelines, risers, SSIV and other subsea equipment
- Responsible for reviewing impact of anomalies and making any recommendations for remedial work
- Responsible for maintaining SFIM documentation for assets review and updating the Inspection Data Management System (IDMS) related to Subsea Facilities
- Responsible for ensuring Subsea Facilities have appropriate preventive maintenance and inspection plan frequency for their service
- Responsible for the optimisation of IMR strategies with demonstrable improvements and value add to the assets
- Responsible for developing SFIM documentation for any new assets
- Responsible for Critical spares & Inventory of Subsea Equipment control and optimisation including preservation requirements
- Responsible for preparation of long-terms work plans and budgets for activities associated with subsea (& pipelines) inspection, repair and maintenance across all facilities (spend, resources, schedule, logistics) and delivering plan against budget
- Ensure planning & implementation of subsea facilities integrity contract and compliance with pre- and post-award management procedure (preparation of mandatory documents for PR until close out)
- Support to manage subsea minor intervention project in the pursuit of sustaining or enhancing an existing asset's production
- Support to control and maintenance of the cross asset subsea integrity database
- Support by providing operations technical input to Projects Departments, Engineering Departments and Drilling & Completion Departments including Decommissioning Projects and support the Project Development process with discipline peer reviews
- Manage interaction with the relevant authorities, SKK Migas and Classification Society for Subsea matters including requests for legal consent, reviews and safety directive inspections
- Manage any external support organisations for effective and efficient delivery of support services. This includes healthy challenge to scope of works and cost, time & resource estimates ensuring maximum value to ENI Indonesia
- Provide Support Audit/Assessment based on MSC operations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Preferably Mechanical/Ocean/Offshore/Subsea Engineering).
- Minimum 10 years' experience in operational, subsea and pipeline integrity management/delivery with Oil and Gas Operators.
- Offshore survival and medical certificates-qualified to visit and work offshore. Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Technical Competencies
- Experience with oil and gas operations (topsides and subsea), associated equipment classes, and corresponding risks from a technical and practical standpoint.
- Experience with operational subsea IMR management, delivery and optimization. Sound appreciation of inspection, repair and maintenance activities and techniques.
- Familiar with project/developments/operations/drilling & completion and typical oil company processes.
Non-Technical Competencies
Proactive approach to HSE and technical performance, An effective collaborator & communicator (translate between onshore & offshore), Working knowledge of Subsea & well integrity data management systems, Knowledge of relevant legislation, standards and best practices in the subsea.
