1. Hydrotest Coordinators

Department/Project: TEP ONSHORE
Education: University Graduate from on Technical Major
Working Experiences: More than 10 years in similar position or field
Working Status: Contract
Work Location : SITE PAPUA

REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/SERTIFICATION:

  • Commissioning and start-up activities. Knowledge and experience in commissioning and start-up activities. Experience in Test-run procedures and operations.
  • Construction standards and codes. Knowledge of all the main international construction standards, codes and regulations. Ability to interpret them and to supervise their application.
  • Direct Hiring construction activities. Knowledge of construction activities performed in direct hiring.
  • Project technical documents. Ability to read and interpret technical project documents such as isometrics, standards for supports, P&IDs, piping arrangements, plot plants, alignment sheet. Ability to identify possible issues in the documentation and to promptly take corrective actions.
  • Work Progress Measurement. Knowledge of measurement methodologies and material quantities, in order to control the progress of the works.
  • Construction activities execution
  • Inertization methodologies and procedures. Knowledge of inertization methodologies including but not limited to vacuum drying, nitrogen filling, treated water filling.
  • Piping and steel structures prefabrication and installation
  • Piping and structural steel materials. Knowledge of piping and steel structures materials (pipes, fitting, flanges, steel profiles, etc.) and consumables (welding roads, gas, etc.) Knowledge of the different materials to be welded for piping and structural steel, such as carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex, inconel, galvanized, etc. Knowledge of welding and NDT techniques, procedures (e.g. WPS, PQR) and equipment.
  • Coating Techniques, Equipment and materials. Knowledge of anticorrosion and pipe weight coating techniques. Ability to apply the appropriate anticorrosion technique and to select the correct equipment and consumables.
  • Insulation Techniques, Equipment and materials. Knowledge of insulation techniques and ability to select the most suitable system depending on the design and the operative conditions of the project.
  • Tools and Equipment
  • Ability to conduct inspections and tests related to the cathodic protection and knowledge of the limits of the cathodic protection systems and equipment.
  • Project HSE management
  • Subcontractor technical coordination. Knowledge of relevant construction discipline (e.g. hook-up, fabrication, installation etc.) (scope of work and execution). Ability to set, monitor and highlight performance deviations through KPIs. Ability to execute subcontractor technical assessment/scouting
  • Quality control activities.


BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
  • Coordinate the execution of hydrotest activities, both performed by subcontractors or in direct hiring, ensuring full compliance with safety and quality standards and procedures and verify that works are correctly carried out in accordance with project documentation and in the planned time frame. Support the subcontractors or the direct hiring personnel ensuring the feasibility (availability of drawings and materials) of the works.
  • Promote safe works practices and environmental protection, ensuring that safety and quality standards are respected
  • Ensure the fulfillment of the project quality and contractual requirements
  • Verify and confirm the availability of drawings and materials, to plan the efficient execution of the works performed by subcontractors or by direct hiring personnel
  • Assist subcontractors or direct hiring personnel for the correct interpretation of the drawings, providing support in the solution of technical problems
  • Prepare and coordinate the detailed programs for the assigned activities
  • Coordinate human and technical resources, indicating any needs or surplus
  • Verify that works are correctly carried out in accordance with the project specifications, highlighting any engineering problems encountered in the field
  • Measure the progress of the works carried out
  • Provide quantitative data for producing weekly progress reports, monitoring the employed manpower
  • Ensure the continuous assessment of the quantities installed.

2. Field Rotating Engineer

Project: Tangguh Onshore Project
Education: Diploma/University Graduate from related Technical Academy
Working Experiences: More than 7 years in similar position or similar field
Working Status: Temporary / Contract (6 months)
Work location: Site - Papua

REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/SERTIFICATION:
  • Having experience in managing some mechanical equipment (ebara pumps, pleuger pumps, expander)
  • Having knowledge engineering design activities
  • Having knowledge standard codes and regulation
  • Having knowledge in pump equipment

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
  • To manage the following equipment at site: expander, ebara pumps, pleuger pumps
  • Back up activities for the field engineer already at site
  • Lead the rotating equipment engineering activities in accordance with project requirement
  • Execute the activities within own area of responsibility, ensuring the compliance with QA/QC and HSE requirements
  • Prepare rotating equipment technical documentation for inquiry.

3. Electrical Superintendent

Department/Project: TEP ONSHORE
Education : University Graduate from on Technical Major
Working Experiences: More than 10 years in similar position or field
Working Status: Contract
Work Location: SITE PAPUA

REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/SERTIFICATION:
  • Capability to interface the Client, managing the contract and the development of the activities.
  • Knowledge and experience in commissioning and start-up activities. Experience in Test-run procedures and operations.
  • Knowledge of all the main international construction standards, codes and regulations. Ability to interpret them and to supervise their application.
  • Personnel rightsizing
  • Knowledge of measurement methodologies and material quantities, in order to control the project progress and related costs. Quantity accounting and control
  • Construction activities execution. Understanding of how a project execution and construction plan in framed. Ability to interpret and understand construction plans. Ability to execute the construction plan.
  • Electrical Substations installation. Knowledge of principles of medium and high voltage. Knowledge of the sequences for substation equipment (switchboards and transformers) installation.
  • Electrical and instrumentation equipment. Knowledge of electrical systems and automation instrumentation installed on the field. Knowledge of installation methods and functionality.
  • Electrical and instrumentation equipment installation and tests. Knowledge of electrical and instrumentation equipment and test procedures. 
  • Electrical Technical Documents analysis. Knowledge of main features for electrical technical documents.
  • Vendors Management. Capability to keep under control the budget of the Vendors site assistance and manage the vendors at site.
  • Project HSE management. Definition, knowledge, understanding and application of HSE procedures and Project requirements for all project phases. 
  • Contract Management Commercial Process (contract evaluation, negotiation and proposal with regards to partners, suppliers and customers).
  • Contract Management Execution (claim and change management with regards to partners, suppliers and customers).
  • Subcontractor/supplier management and control. Knowledge and ability to follow HOSE contractual aspects related to subcontracted activities.
  • Project Management Tools & Methodologies
  • Quality control activities. Knowledge of quality control principles and responsibilities of roles involved. Capability to apply Quality Control Plans.

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
  • Organize, coordinate and control the execution of the electrical works, performed by subcontractors or in direct hiring
  • Coordinate the assigned integrated team and managing the interfaces with all construction disciplines and commissioning department, ensure the availability of the materials and equipment and verifying that works are correctly performed in accordance with project documentation and schedule.
  • Ensure full compliance with safety and quality standards and procedures.
  • Promote safe works practices and environmental protection, ensuring that safety standards are respected
  • Ensure the fulfilment of the project quality and contractual requirements
  • Verify and confirm the availability of drawings and materials to plan the efficient execution of the works performed by subcontractors or by assigned direct hiring personnel (feasibility analysis)
  • Set-up time schedule adhering to the time frame allocated to the specific scope of work
  • Arrange for the correct and cost-effective performance of electrical construction works, in accordance with the established operating programs
  • Coordinating and controlling the activities performed by the integrated team composed by supervisor, field engineers and Quality inspectors
  • Coordinate and manage all the external stakeholders including, but not limited to, clients, contractors, vendors other agency as required
  • Give all information regarding the progress of the work indicating any cause of deviations between the program and the work carried out and propose any corrective actions as required to overcome these problems. Control production parameters in terms of efficiency and productivity
  • Ensure proper discipline workflow, interfacing with all the project organization
  • Support the resolution of technical problems encountered during the execution of the works
  • Ensure the correct quantities accounts of the works, including updating man-hours and cost estimates for scope of work changes
  • Ensure the supervision and monitoring of the works performed, subcontracted or in direct hiring. Coordinate human and technical resources, indicating any needs or surplus. Plan and monitor vendors or any specialists’ activities at site
  • Manage the technical and administrative documentation
  • Manage the accounting work progress following the construction program, updating the progress monitoring and verifying the invoices from Sub-contractors
  • Ensure the achievement of the MC certificate according to priority and systemization done by commissioning, being responsible for certification and punch list clearance.

4. Marine Civil Senior Engineer

Department/Project : XSIGHT
Education: University Graduate from on Technical Major
Working Experiences: More than 5 years in similar position or field
Working Status: Contract
Work Location: Office Jakarta

REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/SERTIFICATION
  • Engineering skill in designing marine
  • Terminal and Costal Engineering
  • Experience related to above field in past
