Eni In Indonesia currently holds participating interests in 14 PSCs of which 10 are as operators. The PSCs are spread from the western part (Krueng Mane, Aceh) to the eastern part (Arguni I, Papua Barat), and also from north border (Ambalat, northern Kalimantan) down to the south border (West Timor, Offshore Timor Sea, Nusa Tenggara Timur). We are looking for qualified personnel with high motivation, initiative and integrity to fill in the following positions.

1. Cargo Handling Operations

Main Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
  • Directly manage cargo handling, lifting within the storage area open yard, pipe yard and coordinate jetty operations.
  • Ensure proper handling of all materials and cargo with appropriate standard
  • Supervise all company materials movement in all yard operations
  • Monitor loading/unloading of materials to ensure safe transfer between location
  • Document all incoming and issuing materials and cargo in good order and neatly.
  • Monitor inventory of yard supplies
  • Coordinate with Base Superintendent and Warehouse Operating Lead and prepare necessary paperwork with third parties
  • Perform routine and non-routine maintenance on materials and equipment and prepare report to submit to Base Superintendent
  • Maintain neat and clean yard at all times.
  • Document all incoming, custody and issuing materials support with required documents.
  • Prepare heavy equipment for materials and cargo at yard and jetty with coordination with third party contractor
  • Preparations and entry of pertinent data into corporate databases.
  • Doing physical check periodically and doing variance analysis (when required)
  • As assistance on Audit perform and other tasks.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Academy Diploma with at least 5 years’ experience in Oil and Gas Operations
  • Minimum 5+ Years’ experience as Cargo Handling Operations of Shore base and Offshore industry
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia

  • Comply with requirements of the Safety, Health and Environmental laws of Indonesia and obey the corporate policy of Eni Indonesia on Safety, Health and Environment, and to practice Eni Indonesia Safety Systems.
  • Provide and maintain safe and healthy conditions of work to subordinate personnel and control over the compliance by the personnel all safety and labour protection rules and regulations
  • HSES awareness in all duties and activities / compliance enforcement with general HSES rules

Required Competencies:
  • Demonstrate knowledge of open yard operations.
  • Ability to determine and execute lifting and handling, proper storage methods, identification, and stock location based on space availability and materials qualifications.
  • Ability to store materials, supplies, and equipment in an orderly and accessible manner in yard operations.
  • Knowledge of materials handling equipment (e.g., carts, forklifts, standup lifts, pallet jacks) used in receiving, storing, and shipping materials and supplies.

2. Marine Operations & Transportation Dispatcher

Main Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
  • Provides support and reports to Logistic Superintendent and Logistic Manager in every aspect of onsite transportation modes on a daily basis.
  • In coordination and effective communication with Shore base Superintendent, Facility Superintendent and also offshore facility person in charge for the transportation arrangement and crew change support.
  • To check and ensure that the passenger and/or user of transportation are included in the manifest and meet the safety requirement for travelling using the provided transportation mode.
  • To give staff direction, guidance and advice to ensure work is completed safely, properly, efficiently and on time.
  • Identify, plan and implement changes to transportation operations as needed or directed.
  • Maintain accurate records, logs and files related to dispatch activities and functions and to produce transportation site daily report.
  • Ensuring safety procedures are implemented in all kind of transportation mode according to company policy.
  • To monitor and ensure the preparation of transportation request for Balikpapan area and surroundings operations area is well planned and ready for operations.
  • In coordination with EKAL Operations Logistic Support Manager to ensure transport operation is conducted according to the schedule, usage optimization & meet with minimum convenience expectation.
  • Proposing and developing a policy or procedure to EKAL Operations Logistic Support Manager if necessary in order to improve the quality of transport operations.
  • In day to day operations, responsible to establish and maintain harmonious relationship operation between the company and the contractor services provider according to company ethic policy.
  • Maintain effective communications with the user and to follow up for any user feedback, to include maintain user satisfaction survey.
  • Overseeing for all the expenses incurred from all the transportation activities.
  • To plan, lead and conduct regular safety meeting/briefing with the subordinate and relevant party.
  • To plan and schedule regular and spot audit of the all transportation modes (land/air/offshore), in coordination with the Logistic Person in Charge for Internal Logistic Assessment.
  • Responsible for promoting works safely and environmentally manners.
  • Other task deemed necessary as required within his own capability and field of expertise.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Minimum graduated (D3) in the relevant major subject or equal experience in the subject field
  • Minimum 5+ years on the oilfield and/or marine industry as dispatcher.Minimum 5+ year experiences as Dispatcher or in the field of Transportation, with minimum 3 years in field/Off-shore operation
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
