1. Sales Engineer - Business Development Executive
Job Description:
- Establish, maintain and develop professional customer relationship
- Identity new customer and to maintain existing customer for daily sales and project basis sales
- To review and evaluate sales and marketing strategy to suit the market demand
- To achieve monthly and annualy sales and business targets for new, existing business
- Timely to follow up and evaluate qualification of marketing and sales leads and other marketing issues
- Achieve sales and business targets.
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing or Engineering preferred
- Age below 35 years old
- At least 3 years experience in sales and marketing, preferably in oil and gas industries and offshore carrying units (CCU)
- Holding Sim A license
- Proficient in Ms. Office especially power point with good command in English is a must.
- Familiar with PTK 007 MIGAS tender regulation
- Candidates need to be resourceful, meticulous, well organized
- Fast learning and able to work under pressure
- Strong analytic in technical matters.
- Posses strong interpersonal, organizational and problem solving skill.
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta.
2. Business Development Manager
Job Description:
- Hunting new customer and to maintain existing customer for daily sales and project basis sales
- Developing marketing plans and strategy
- Reviewing and follow up and evaluate project, prospect and other marketing issues
- Monitor cost and relation to prevailing competition and adjust the selling prices if necessary
- Create market and achieve sales targets
- Report to management on daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Undertake additional task and responsibilities deemed necessary by the management.
Requirements:
- Degree in any discipline
- At least 10 years experiences in sales and marketing industrial product &services
- Fast learning and able to work under pressure
- Proficient in Ms Office especially Power Point with good command in English is a Must.
- Posses strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Willing to travel
- Willing to be stationed in Jakarta
- Driving licence is a must
- Focus and attention to detail and accurate recording of information
- Strong customer services attitude
- Ability to work unsupervised at times and initiative
- Basic understanding of related industrial equipment.
