1. Drilling Engineer
Dept: Technical - Drilling
Accountability:
- Overall technical integrity of well design and execution plan.
- Cost effectiveness of well design and drilling program.
- Planning and engineering drilling operations in order to achieve technical objectives in safe, efficient and cost effective manner.
- Propose drilling programs including all information as specified in Company procedure.
- Prepare estimated cost breakdown of well to be drilled or worked over.
- Operations follow up.
- Recommending changes in some aspects of drilling program to improve drilling and completion approach, techniques and performance.
- To make best recommendations when drilling problem occurs.
- Tracking and benchmarking drilling performance and cost.
- Prepare post well reports.
- Assisting rig site operation for specific jobs.
- Providing digital data useful to follow up well operations and produce well profile printouts and overpressure study. To critically study these data, detect anomalies and propose corrective actions if needed.
- Supporting HSES Department for preparation of environmental study and obtaining Authorization from Government Authority.
- Liaise with SKK Migas, GOI, JV Partners during well operation preparation, execution and post activity.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor degree in Engineering.
- Professional Qualification: Minimum 8 years of experience in Deepwater Well Operation as Drilling Engineer or Drilling Supervisor.
- Language: Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Technical Competencies:
- Drilling Activities: Drilling Operation, dry and wet wellhead system, Horizontal drilling, Drilling Fluids & Cement operation.
- Advanced drilling: Lean profile, Underbalance drilling, Coiled Tubing Drilling.
- High Profile drilling: Extended reach drilling, HP/HT Drilling, Simultaneous Drilling, Wellbore stability/sand Production/Prediction & Control.

2. Subsea System Engineer
Dept: Technical - Project Development
Accountability:
- Internal feasibility and conceptual study for new subsea field development. Prepare the required block flow diagram, subsea schematic and MTO.
- Review subsea engineering documentation submitted by Contractor (i.e. basis of design, subsea distribution schematic drawings, layout, etc.)
- Ensure the Instrumentation and automation systems overall design integrity and compliance with applicable codes, COMPANY standards and specification, Contract, International standards and Engineering best practices.
- Site inspection and Interfacing with the Logistic Department and/or Contractor.
- Offshore assistance during installation and pre-commissioning activities onboard installation vessel and/or FPU.
- Follow up internal assessment for development and intervention tasks to support the Project and Operation team.
- Follow-up the detail engineering performed by Contractor relevant to subsea production and control systems.
- Witnessing of acceptance tests.
- Support to offshore installation, commissioning and production start-up.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any relevant subjects.
- Professional Qualification:
- 5 years of Oil & Gas Industry experience.
- 3 years of instrumentation and automation experience (5 preferable).

3. Completion Engineer
Dept: Technical-Project Development
Accountability:
- Overall technical integrity of D&C design, compliance with well project objectives.
- Well design and operational sequence optimization.
- To prepare engineering programs covering whole well activities (drilling, completion, workover, well testing and wireline/rigless). Support Well Operations manager to prepare budget.
- Liaise with Exploration and Technical Departments in order to define suitable well design, operational sequence and cost reduction. Carrying out proper evaluations, studies and reports on any aspects of well operations with recommendations of new techniques required.
- Preparing accurate cost breakdown estimates for wells to be drilled and/or workover. Tracking and benchmarking drilling performance and cost. Coordinating the preparation of post well reports. Assisting in the preparation and evaluation of tenders.
- Ensuring that activities carried out by Contractors meet contractual terms, budget costs and are conducted in accordance with good engineering practices. Assisting rigsite operations for specific jobs.
- Coordinating the activity of drilling & completion engineers and drilling/completion fluids engineer while preparing the relevant engineering programs. Well operations close follow up and make recommendations when engineering problem is experienced. Ensuring the application of new technologies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any relevant subjects.
- Professional Qualification:
- 5 years of Oil & Gas Industry experience.
- 3 years of instrumentation and automation experience (5 preferable).
- 3 years of subsea projects.

4. Decommissioning Engineer
Dept: Technical - Project Development
Accountability:
- To support the definition of the optimal field development plan through dynamic reservoir modelling, evaluation of alternative drainage patterns, pressure support mechanisms and development scenarios and to prepare associated production profiles.
- Carry out detailed studies in order to evaluate production forecasts various field development scenarios, to support in the selection of the most optimal / economic development plan.
- Support PE for Monitor well and reservoir performance and recommend appropriate analysis and actions for improving the production and reserves.
- Provide reservoir engineering contributions to well proposals and production optimization.
- Provide reservoir engineering contributions to be included in the documentation needed for obtaining Eni's internal project approval.
- Follow-up drilling and workover activities and support necessary reservoir engineering contributions in case plans have to be modified.
- In conjunction with staff from other sections, making data acquisition plans and follow-up the implementation (e.g. DST, PVT sampling, MDT, PLT, cores, etc.).
- In conjunction with staff from other sections, define analyses to be done on cores and PVT samples. Follow-up the laboratory analyses.
- Support the dynamic input preparation and quality check for reservoir modeling.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Petroleum Engineering or Engineering related discipline.
- Professional Qualification: Minimum 10 years working experience in Oil & Gas industry with Reservoir Engineering experience.
- Language: Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Technical Competencies:
- Stratigraphy: Stratigraphy.
- Well Data Acquisition & Eval.: Geology. & Drilling well program, Interpr. surface logging hydrocarbon shows data (GWD, QFT), Pore pressure prediction/evaluation, Coring, Well Seismic Acquisition, Wireline formation testing RFT, Logs Acquisition, QC and follow up, Well Test Design & field follow-up, PVT sampling design.
- Res. Characterization: Recognition of hydraulically separated pools/blocks, 2D Geometric model, 3D Geometric model, Geostatistical Res. Character, Fractures Reservoir Character.

5. Contract Administrator
Dept: Technical - Drilling
Accountability:
- To assist the subsea and pipelines project engineer selecting and defining the optimal subsea solutions.
- To prepare design specification and ITTS.
- To review and commenting technical documentation produced by the contractors (e.g. technical reports, specifications, procedures, drawing, etc) ensuring the implementation of the established procedures and good engineering practice.
- To resolve ongoing technical issues concerning all aspects of subsea equipment.
- To monitor and report technical progress to the Subsea and Pipelines project engineer.
- To acquire and capitalizing subsea construction know-how.
- To train/mentor junior engineer.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical or Chemical or Control Engineering or equivalent subject.
- Professional Qualification:
- Minimum 5 years' working experience in Oil and Gas industry in both onshore and/or offshore facilities
- Minimum 5 years' experience of Subsea Engineering experience
- Language: Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Technical Competencies:
