Job Positions

We are looking for potential and high caliber talent for the above position who is keen to grow with us.

1. Document Controller

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Design, implement, maintain Electronic Document Management System
  • Has good analysis capability to understand workflow for document approval and storage
  • Able to resolve issues and modify Electronic Document Management System according to the needs for different Project stage
  • Review and update technical documents (e.g. manuals and workflows)
  • Create templates (Document format, approval workflow, etc) for future use
  • Store files in a user friendly manner that enables simple retrieving
  • Retrieve files as requested by employees and clients
  • Manage the flow of documentation within the organization, including troubleshooting
  • Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • BSc degree in Project Management or Industrial Engineering or similar
  • Having 3-5 years of relevant working experience
  • Candidate shall be able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Candidate shall possess good critical thinking skills to resolve issue relating to document management
  • Proven work experience as a Document Controller or similar role
  • Familiarity with document management including workflow creation, approval authority, problem solving
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office and MS Excel
  • Experienced in maintaining and modifying Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)
  • Proficient typing and editing skills
  • Data organization skills
  • Attention to detail

2. Project Planning and Schedulling Engineer

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILTIES:
  • Organize, implement and maintain scheduling management system supporting identified projects and their plans.
  • Assist to set up tasks and sub tasks to ensure satisfactory realization of project contract requirements as scheduled.
  • Log project time-lines, follow-up and maintain database of tasks and its status.
  • Log all new information into database and provide scheduled reports for coordination and reporting purposes.
  • Interact with Contractor and project staff to schedule work and coordinate assignments.
  • Design, develop and maintain project schedule.
  • Interact with project team and task managers to define scope of work to develop and update detailed schedules, cost information and identification of variances from original plan.
  • Evaluate project schedule progress and performance and identify developing problem areas.
  • Analyze critical path and constraints to determine effect of changes to schedule and recommend work-around.
  • Develop and update weekly short interval schedule working with superintendents and field engineers.
  • Suggest management of risks affecting project costs, schedules
  • Support project management team to maintain timely and effective change management processes, procedures and systems.
  • Assist project team to develop and maintain periodic status reports to keep management informed on project progress.
  • Conduct analysis to determine alternative courses of action or recovery on slipped schedules.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor degree with at least 3-5 years of relevant working experience 
  • Able to work independently and also in a group
  • Resourceful, possess high motivation and rigor to be successful in this role
  • Good capability in using Microsoft Office software and primavera at an intermediate level
  • Location : Will be based at Cilegon area.
