1. MECHANIC TECHNICIAN II

Under general supervision, Maintains, diagnoses and repairs a variety of equipment including; diesel engines, transmissions, drive train components, winches, high pressure pumps, centrifugal pumps, sand conveyor systems, air compressors, micro processor controls, electro-mechanical equipment, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, mobile/overhead cranes, wellhead attachments and pressure equipment, gearboxes, PTO's, generators, chemical metering systems, 12/24v electrical systems, equipment cabs and controls, chassis and suspension, rims, tires and wheels, forklifts, A/C systems, and a variety of other energy services equipment. Responsible for ensuring duties are performed in a safe, efficient and effective manner. Perform preventive/predictive maintenance procedures on Halliburton equipment. Performs inspections required by company, and government entities. Perform troubleshooting on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Installs and/or replaces new or reconditioned repair parts. Test equipment for proper operation. Performs own work and provides assistance to others as directed. Job tasks, correctly performed, impact indirectly on cost containment, efficiency, profitability or operations. Consequences of error are easily measured and can be confined.

Skills are typically acquired through possession of a Technical School certificate and 3 years of experience in related fields. Must possess a valid driver's license.

2. COILED TUBING ENGINEER

Under general supervision, provides a total solution for our customers to include diagnosis of well problems, design solution, appropriate delivery method and evaluation plan. This role has developed technical competence in the Product Service Lines (PSL). Performs assignments requiring knowledge and application of basic engineering principles and adherence to Company policies, standards, and work methods. Works independently and provides work direction to others at wellsite. Leads full spectrum of the job, from performing pre-job planning analysis up to post job performance analysis. Functions as the liaison between customer and Operations Team. Consults cross-functionally with PSLs regarding equipment needs and specifications.

Undergraduate STEM degree is required, Petroleum Engineering degree preferred. Two years of service line experience is required. Experience in Hydraulic Workover is preferred. Effectively contributes to team goals/objectives and provides guidance to less experienced team members. Responsible for peer review of job designs. Adopts and executes the Production Solutions PSL Customer Value Proposition and workflow identifying four specific skill sets: Diagnose, Design, Deliver and Evaluate. Regularly engages with peers and senior colleagues to practice, implement and gain further involvement into the four phases of the workflow.

Engine Control Room Operator

Job Role Summary:
Reporting to the Plant Operation Supervisor, this position is responsible for the control of all aspects of FSO machinery plant.

Job Role Responsibilities:
The ECRO will control safe and efficient operations within the FSO engine room.
Particular areas of responsibilities will include:
  • Fire water system, inert gas generator, fuel oil system, service and instrument air system, sewage treatment plant system, foam system, FM200 system, boiler feed water system, fresh water system, bilge and related machineries system.
  • Preparation, start-up, parallel and changeover of diesel generators, evaporative distillation and fresh water systems, sewage treatment plant, lubricating systems and hydraulic systems, control systems, lubricating oil and fuel purification systems, fuel transfer systems, heating and cooling utility systems.
  • Preparations engine room machineries for supporting cargo lifting activity.
  • Conduct routine duties undertaken in the engine room of the FSO with respect to electrical systems including emergency power distributions systems.
  • Upkeep of machinery log book, oil record book entries ensuring that any unexpected readings are brought to the attention of the Lead ECRO or Plant Operations Supervisor.
  • Leading safety and emergency procedures with respect to all machinery space fire detection and fire fighting equipment and life saving appliances.
  • Assist Plant Operations Team with regard to operating failures and effective operations/maintenance communications.
  • Conduct boiler water & cooling fresh water analysis and lub.oil analysis.

SHE (Safety Health Environment):
  • As part of the Plant Operations Team, assist with safe operation of the FSO including all aspects of work management
  • Cargo water management activities and overboard discharges
  • Waste management plan compliance
  • Fulfill all Safety, Health and Environmental requirements
  • Emergency response team member.

Competencies & Qualifications:
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Analytical thinker, enthusiastic, self-directed and customer focused.
  • Demonstrate a developing understanding of business practices and controls.
  • Good leadership skill deck officer onboard
  • A high level of computer ability and skills are essential for this position (MS Office).
  • Holding class 3 certificate of competency (ATT III) with oil tanker endorsement.
  • 0 to 3 years of sea experience as engineer officer on board tankers / FSO / FPSO.
  • GPA minimum 3.25.
  • Valid COPs and COC.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of emergency procedures and the ability to operate emergency equipment.

FIELD QC COORDINATOR

Main Accountabilities and Responsibilities :
  • Ensure that all standards & codes (ASME, API, etc) and all Eni specifications are being adhered to
  • Ensure that a Quality Control activities are planning, monitoring, verification, inspection and testing
  • Update and input the Company software for inspection activities
  • Assist Quality Manager for ensuring QMS implementation
  • Assist Quality Manager for quality resource allocation to support project execution
  • Provide QA/QC support as necessary to other project disciplines
  • Ensure the reporting on QC matters to the PQM and submitted in timely manner
  • Ensure the adequate interface with Contractor
  • Monitor the implementation of project requirements by Contractor
  • Ensure project execution completed as per approved schedule and final documentation (final data book) submitted in timely manner
  • Interface daily with internal maintenance field office, operating field office and asset integrity in order to communicate the inspection results, requirements, impacts to the operations and integrate with Eni programs and projects
  • Interface frequently with external (government officials, contractors) for verification and certification

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Minimum undergraduate and bachelor degree in technical discipline
  • 10 - 15 years’ experience in Oil and Gas industry
  • Indonesian (fluent), English (fluent)
  • Hold minimum inspector certification of: CSWIP 3.1 Welding, NDT Level II (Ultrasonic, Radiography, Magnetic and Penetrant)
  • Preferable to hold the certificates of API, ASME, RBI, Pressure Vessel, Piping, Tank & Crane.

Working Conditions: 
  • Will be based on Balikpapan, East Kalimantan
  • Require site inspection to onshore and offshore site area, Logistic Base area and other required operational area
  • Actively HSE Commitment and Leadership with safety meeting, safety performance, lesson learn, safety stand down and stop works participation.
