Job Positions

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team for the positions below:

1. Senior Construction & Maintenance Facility

  • Prepare, plan, implement & evaluate the breakdown/proactive,  preventive, corrective maintenances as well good understand of  reliability, maintainability & risk assessment for every production & support facilities.
  • Coordinate all departments to run work program related to the facility.
  • Ensure all equipment working properly and smoothly
  • Monitor and report on the progress of planned and unplanned maintenance strategic.
  • Supervise the implementation of the fabrication, construction and maintenance systems in accordance with the time schedule and specified specifications.
  • Implement Reliability and Maintainability Evaluation equipment’s.
  • Familiar with quality management standard API/\ / ISO 9001.

  • Bachelor Degree of Mechanical Engineering from reputable university.
  • Min. 10 years of experience at Oil & Gas Company.
  • Good understanding in HSE regulation for Oil & Gas Operation.
  • Work experience in the maintenance, construction and engineering in upstream Oil & Gas facilities.
  • Experience in maintenance of double shooting troubling, hydraulic power system, electrician’s equipment, valve (high pressure rating), high pressure pump, centrifugal pump, HVAC, compressor system, control valve, choke valves, HIPPS valves, instrumentation control system, X-Mas Tree, crane and other production facilities.
  • Having the ability to create and review aspects of project engineering or work.
  • Familiar with Microsoft project and AutoCAD.
  • Good behavior, can work together in teams and high integrity.

2. Pipeline Facilities Operation & Inspection Supervisor

Responsibilities :
  • Responsible for checking piping / vessel / tanks, etc which has the effect of a malfunction in the near and future using the equipment to look for potential leakage, corrosion, failure in structural that needs to be improved.
  • Responsible for the piping problem and also for the piping repair, maintenance and solving the problem.
  • Supervise, review and prepare plan to repair and maintenance of piping / vessel / tank, etc refer to SOP.
  • Perform/monitor all type of equipment inspection and all tests inspection on equipment and others inspection (hot top, well plus end repair sleeves and any welding on piping or equipment while in service).
  • Witness and review hydraulic and/or pneumatic test.
  • Evaluated equipment for witness for service based on API 510.
  • Good understanding in standard piping industry, mitigation techniques and emergency response procedure.
  • Analyzing the findings from the inspection that possible causes damage, trouble, integrity problem. Then decided a plan to solve, improve and maintain piping system refer to SOP.
  • Filling documentation then make a log from the inspection result.

  • Bachelor Degree of Mechanical Engineering or related Engineering from reputable university.
  • Min. 5 years of experience in pipeline installation, maintenance & inspection in Oil & Gas Company.
  • Having pipeline/facility inspection certification and related certification.
  • Good understanding in piping system, build and piping maintenance, equipment and welding.
  • Good understanding in material, components, calculation, guidelines and the process in piping
  • Familiar with inspection techniques to identify corrosion, corrosion mitigation techniques, analyzing material , measure the depth of a ditch, check the temperature and discovered a leak
  • Good understanding in communication and reporting to supervisor and related staff.
  • Should be familiar with government regulation & industrial codes and standard (NACE, API, ASME, etc) especially regarding pipeline integrity.

3. Senior Field Production Supervisor

Responsibilities :
  • Coordinate production operation to execute engineering program.
  • Responsible for routine operation of oil and gas processing station and artificial gas lift wells.
  • Determine optimum wells flow rate and artificial lift solution to maintain higher productivity at field.
  • Evaluate the performance of artificial lift system and recommend improvement as necessary.
  • Perform nodal analysis for production optimization both surface and subsurface flow system.
  • Perform daily monitoring, evaluation, analysis of oil & gas production and water injection performance.
  • Ensure to compliance with processes and quality control of production and allocation data.
  • Responsible for daily production report.
  • Good coordination to manage crude oil and gas lifting.
  • Ensure daily production operation running smoothly.

  • Bachelor degree of Petroleum Engineering from reputable university.
  • Min. 10 years of experience at Oil & Gas Company.
  • Good understanding in HSE regulation for Oil & Gas Operation.
  • Good understanding in production operation both Oil & Gas Processing Plant and Oil & Gas Wells Operation.
  • Experience in Artificial Gas Lift operations.
  • Having experience in Well Services/Slickline Operation is preferred.
  • Having experience in Gas Lift Compressor is preferred.
  • Point of Hire : Prabumulih.
  • Working Schedule : 5:2

4. Executive Secretary

Responsibilities :
  • Maintain meeting agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
  • Always keep decent external relation to the partnership entities (PT Pertamina EP, SKK MIGAS, Local Governments and related third parties).
  • Attend formal meetings, prepare & finalize the minutes of meeting.
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.).
  • Make travel arrangements for all related staff.
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
  • Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.

  • Bachelor Degree of Administrative Major or related degree from reputable university.
  • Min. 2-3 years of experience at Oil & Gas Company.
  • Age in range 25 – 28 year old
  • Good understanding in communication.
  • Fluently in English.
  • Point of hire : Jakarta.
  • Working Schedule : 5:2.
