Husky-CNOOC Madura Limited (HCML) is one of the Production Sharing Contracts (PSC) of Badan Pelaksana Kegiatan Usaha Hulu Minyak dan Gas Bumi (BPMIGAS), which later on was changed into Satuan Kerja Khusus Pelaksana Kegiatan Usaha Hulu Minyak dan Gas Bumi (SKK Migas), Kementerian Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral, as a representative of the Government of Republic of Indonesia to conduct exploration and exploitation of oil and gas in Madura Strait.

HCML was formerly known as Husky Oil (Madura) Limited (“HOML”). As the operator of Madura Strait, HCML is currently owned by Husky Oil Madura Partnership (“HOMP”), CNOOC South East Asia Limited (“CNOOC”), and SMS Development Limited (“Samudra”).

Job Positions

Husky-CNOOC Madura Limiter currently looking for experienced candidate to fill some positions. The vacant positions are as described below and if you are interested in fulfilling these positions:

1. Technician (Electrical)

Responsibilities: 

• Keep the wellhead platform works in normal condition, produce adequately, and the platform maintenance is in good quality.
• Cooperate with all sections to achieve reliable day-to-day surface facilities function and optimizing gas production (minimizing down time).
• Performs coordination with 3M CCR operator to provide a good and constant gas supply to FPU.
• Performs Simultaneous Operation (SIMOP) with drilling rig or barges in case of drilling new well or well services job.
• Work Center is located offshore with FPU as accommodation.

Requirements:

• Minimum Vocational High School or Diploma degree, majoring in Electrical.
• Minimum 10 years experiences for High School and 5 years experiences in the similar field for Diploma in Oil and Gas industry (Offshore).
• Good knowledge on Process and Production operation system, Gas Handling and Processing system, Rigging and Crane Operator.
• Maintain & monitoring electrical equipment to avoid failure and breakdown. The equipment includes : Motor unit, CCVT, HVAC unit, Chemical Injection pump unit, and Emergency Diesel Generator unit.
• Computer literacy.
• Good verbal and written English communication.
• Point of hire: Surabaya.

2. Technician (Mechanical)

Responsibilities: 

• Keep the wellhead platform works in normal condition, produce adequately, and the platform maintenance is in good quality.
• Cooperate with all sections to achieve reliable day-to-day surface facilities function and optimizing gas production (minimizing down time).
• Performs coordination with 3M CCR operator to provide a good and constant gas supply to FPU. 
• Performs Simultaneous Operation (SIMOP) with drilling rig or barges in case of drilling new well or well services job.
• Work Center is located offshore with FPU as accommodation.

Requirements:

• Minimum Vocational High School or Diploma degree, majoring in Mechanical.
• Minimum 10 years experiences for High School and 5 years experiences in the similar field for Diploma in Oil and Gas industry (Offshore).
• Instrumentation and control system equipment preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Maintain & monitoring instrumentation equipment to avoid failure and breakdown. The equipment includes : WGFM, CO2 snuffing package, SCADA, wellhead control panel, and hydraulic power unit.
• Software Instrumentation and control system application especially related to PLC, DCS, SCADA, ESD, FGS.
• Good verbal and written English communication.
• Point of hire: Surabaya.

3. Administrator Health

Responsibilities: 

• Administrative review and data entry of medical claims.
• Developing communications and maintaining MoU with hospitals.
• Analysis of medical claim data every quarterly and annually.
• Create report to SKK Migas (monthly, quarterly, annually).
• Routine coordination with site regarding OH/IH activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree (S1) in Occupational Safety & Health or other related field of study.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar position in Oil & Gas Company.
• Knowledge in medical benefit process with self insured setting.
• Skilled in microsoft office, SAP and Lotus Notes operations.
• Able to communicate and develop relations with external parties (hospitals).
• Skilled in statistical analysis.
• Good verbal and written English communication.
• Point of hire: Jakarta.

4. Technician (Instrument)

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Minimum Vocational High School or Diploma degree, majoring in Instrumentation.
• Minimum 10 years experiences for High School and 5 years experiences in the similar field for Diploma in Oil and Gas industry (Offshore).
• Instrumentation and control system equipment preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Maintain & monitoring instrumentation equipment to avoid failure and breakdown. The equipment includes : WGFM, CO2 snuffing package, SCADA, wellhead control panel, and hydraulic power unit.

• Minimum Diploma degree in Chemical / Petroleum.
• Minimum 5 years experiences in Oil & Gas Industry (offshore).
• Good knowledge on Process and Production operation system, Gas Handling and Processing system, Rigging and crane operator.
• Computer literacy.
• Good verbal and written English communication.
• Point of hire: Surabaya.
