Valco through its E&P dedicated unit has been actively looking in acquiring exploration and production assets. It has a dedicated robust management that is operating and currently involved in acquiring oil and gas assets of total approximately production of 40,000 bopd and 120mmcf per day with an estimated combine d valuation in excess of USD 500 million.

These assets are located in West Java, South Sumatra, Central Kalimantan and Natuna Sea. The unit has carefully studied prospects across Indonesia and now involved in acquiring a portfolio combination of exploration and production assets.

Further expansion is envisaged with assets acquisition lined up on an international scale more so in South East Asia, North Sea and North Africa. Potentially we would leverage our exploration and production assets, we will continue to strengthen synergies for business opportunities within our downstream and power business units.

Job Position

Valco Corp are urgently looking for highly qualified, talented, dynamic, productive and independent personnel to fill in the challenging position:

1. HRD Staff

Responsibilities: 
  • Responsible for end to end recruitment until induction about company. 
  • To ensure that process and procedure run smooth and well within internal company. 
  • Responsible for performance appraisal and evaluation.
  • Responsible for payroll and coordinate with finance department. 
  • Manage HRD administration and document filing.

Requirements:
  • Male/Female, age 30-40 years old. 
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree from Psychology from reputable University with minimum GPA 3,00/4. 
  • Good interpersonal skill as well as written and oral communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English. 
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience. 
  • Good managerial, organizational skill and a team player.
  • Willing to work long hours, under pressure and very tight deadline.

2. Legal Counsel

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the protection of the Company’s reputation and interest. 
  • Ensure communication and coordination with other on Legal matter. 
  • Share legal knowledge with internal clients in order to create legal awareness inside the company. 
  • Anticipate new acts and regulations within the area of responsibility. 
  • Manage legal paper and documentation filing. 
  • Company contract, implement legal due diligence, giving legal opinion. 
  • Having deep understand tender process in government institution, BUMN and private company. 
  • Deep knowledge ini HSE/K3L.

Requirements:
  • Male/Female, age 30-40 years old. 
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree from Law from reputable University with minimum GPA 3,00/4. Master of Laws Degree or equivalent will be an added value (but not required). 
  • Good interpersonal skill as well as written and oral communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English. 
  • Experienced in handling general Corporate and Commercial transactions as well as managing litigations. 
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field (oil & gas) is required for this position. 
  • Good knowledge in oil & gas law, corporate and contract drafting. 
  • Good managerial, organizational skill and a team player. 
  • Willing to work long hours, under pressure and very tight deadline.

3. IT Support Officer

Requirements:
  • Maximum age 35 years old. 
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree major in IT, IS or Computer Science from reputable University with GPA minimal 3.00. 
  • 3-5 years of experiences as an IT Support/Helpdesk/Programmer. 
  • Understand Windows, Linux, Server and its troubleshooting. 
  • Having knowledge and experience in making application with VB.net, dot.net, or PHP. 
  • Good Team Player. 
  • Honest, energetic, confident and creative. 
  • Good communication skills with all levels. 
  • Able to work fast & effectively and get ready for everytime needed.

4. Finance and Accounting Staff

Requirements:
  • Male with min 23 – 30 years old. 
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting from reputable University with GPA minimal 3.00. 
  • Experiences min 3 years in the same position. 
  • Have certificate of Tax Brevet A&B is a must. 
  • Attractive person, diligent and able to work with multi task and under pressure. 
  • Good knowledge in Taxes. 
  • Have knowledge handle in Banking and Finance payment such as Giro, Billing Payment, etc. 
  • Having capability to communicate in English (oral and written) 
  • Able to operate computer skills.

5. Tender Administration Support

Responsibilities :
  • Developing and issuing operational guidelines and documentation to support management of complex tenders, ensuring all key internal stakeholders are briefed on tender requirements. 
  • Coordinating and managing tender activities across the business; issuing tender notification packages and ensuring required documentation is returned from internal stakeholders within specified deadlines. 
  • Managing production of tender documentation, reviewing to ensure a high level of accuracy and completion prior to timely submission. 
  • Driving tender to successful closure, consistently delivering high impact solutions to maximise long term profitability of the contract.
  • Monitoring the Tender Co-ordinator’s performance, coaching and providing constructive feedback whilst identifying employee training needs.
  • Supporting the Sales Manager to identify new business opportunities, maximising opportunity to win tender bids through the open procurement process. 
  • Having deep understand tender process in government institution, BUMN and private company. 
  • Deep knowledge in HSE/K3L.

Requirements:
  • Male, 30 – 45 years old.
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree from Petroleum Engineer from reputable University (preferable form Institute Technology Bandung) with GPA minimal 3.00.
  • Experiences minimal 5 years in the same position.
  • Experience of working on complex deals and the tender process.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Highly motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Commercial awareness of tendering processes with a sound understanding of business development.
  • Good attention to detail with high importance placed on accuracy.
  • Extensive negotiation, influencing and decision making skills.
  • Able to prioritize and work well under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to multi task, working on several projects at any one time.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication.
  • Able to operate computer skills.

6. Secretary/Group Assistant

Responsibilities:
  • Manage all BOD’s and Division’s task management and arrangement. 
  • Setup BOD’s and Division’s travel and accommodation arrangement.
  • Managing Director’s and Division’s day to day activities (calendar).
  • Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
  • Create, transcribe, and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
  • Handle documents all administrative matter related to business.

Requirements:
  • Female with max 30 years old.
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree from any major from reputable University prefer from, TARAKANITA and SAINT MARY with GPA minimal 3.00.
  • Having experiences as Secretary or Personnel Assistant to Director or Group Assistant for at least 3-5 years.
  • Height min : 165 cm and good looking.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication.
  • Able to handling Visa / Passport and Itinerary for overseas travel.
  • Able to operate computer skills
  • Mature, honest, energetic, confident, hard working an creative.
  • Good communication skills with all levels.
  • Able to work fast & effectively.

7. Sales Engineer

Responsibilities:
  • Searching for new clients who could benefit from your product.
  • Establishing new and maintaining existing relationship with customer.
  • Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions.
  • Meeting Regular sales target. 
  • Recording and maintaining client contract data. 
  • Making technical presentation and demonstrating how a product meet client needs. 
  • Solving client problems.

Requirements:
  • Male, age minimal 30-45 years
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Engineering (prefered in Electrical / Chemical / Metallurgy) from reputable University with GPA minimal 3.00. 
  • Experience minimal 5 years in similar position.
  • eep knowledge and have selling experience in Oil and Gas Industry and Powerplant Industry. 
  • Good knowledge in product presentation based on client applications/needs.
  • Having experience in monitor and feedback market trends.
  • Having capability to communicate in English (oral and written).
  • Able to operate computer skills.
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Sales target driven and highly self motivated.
