1. Service Supervisor III - Coiled Tubing

Under general supervision, promotes excellent customer relations at the worksite. Plans and performs necessary calculations for the total job at the well site as needed. Coordinates and directs the activities of subordinate supervisors, service operators and operator assistants during the equipment rig up and rig down on a location and the preparation of equipment for performing a job. Provides planning necessary for the job including instructions to the crew and dispute resolutions to approved levels. Ensures customer satisfaction with jobs performed. As needed, may perform data collection and data distribution on jobs. Coordinates the clean up, repair, and preparation of equipment for the next job. Provides input on individual performance levels of his/her subordinates providing on-the-job skills development to enhance job performance. Skills are typically acquired through completion of HAL career development requirements as Service Supervisor Il. Must possess exceptional skills within the service line and have a general understanding of other service functions. Given the nature of oil field service work, the ability to communicate effectively with others is necessary. Promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness. Ensures compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards, practices and guidelines. Must posses execellent knowledge of Halliburton Management System (HMS) standards, work methods and processes. Licensure to drive commercial vehicles may be required. Promotes and takes an active part in quality improvement processes. Must possess the ability understand to Well Bore schematic, analyze computer programs (IWI) and operational procedures. Basic computer skills are preferred. Must possess good leadership and negotiating skills.

2. Service Leader - GBA

Under broad direction, coordinates and oversees GeoBalance Applications operations at the well site and base camp. Provides the planning necessary for the job including personnel, equipment set up, well site direction and customer related support. Must be able to communicate with other PSLs and third parties to ensure tool and well site activity capability. Excellent leadership and communication skills required. Mentors and trains lower level personnel in areas of expertise. Interacts with customers and supervises the activities of completion of services and/or shop personnel to exceed customer requirements. Job emphasis is on personnel development, operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Contacts customer for performance follow-up and to plan future work. Skills are acquired through completion of a high school diploma and 9+ years experience in oil field drilling activities including 6+ years of underbalanced drilling and/or managed pressure drilling.

1. Reservoir Engineer

Location : Jakarta, Indonesia

Job Role Responsibilities:

  • Able to implement engineering fundamentals into Reservoir Engineering related subject
  • Conduct reservoir surveillance work, include collecting, organizing and using data from the well/reservoir (pressure, temperature, rates) to monitor performance
  • Work with team (Operations, other functions) to identify, analyze and potential solutions to wellbore / reservoir issues
  • Identify, evaluate, and recommend opportunities for field optimization (workover, drillwells and facility modifications)
  • Develop production forecasts using simulation models or other methodologies
  • Conduct and maintain the data acquisition programs to ensure proper reservoir management (well testing, pressure surveys, production logging)


Expected Level of Proficiency/Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Chemical Eng / Mechanical Eng / Petroleum Eng or other relevant Engineering areas
  • GPA min of 3.5
  • Experience in oil and gas industry will have advantage

2. Machinery Engineer

Development and implementation of programs to continuously maintain rotating equipment in the Banyu Urip. Support operations and maintenance team on engineering solutions.

Job Role Responsibilities:
  • Lead/contribute actively in machinery and reliability engineering activities.
  • Stewardship of machinery reliability and PM program to maintain equipment availability and maximize MTBR in the support of production in the Banyu Urip facility; Develop Machinery integrity programs and implementation plans, Assess continuous improvement opportunities on the Machinery integrity programs, Work with the maintenance team to ensure sufficiently detailed documentations are maintained, Identify gaps with the machinery reliability and work with team to execute plans for improvement, Conduct measurement and verification activities and & steward program KPI’s, Develop monthly program reports and submit to the Coordinator/Administrator, Perform internal assessments of program status and effectiveness, Steward Management of Change documentations and process deviations as required.
  • Lead/participate in incident investigation related to machinery and other equipment.

  • Bachelor Degree in Machinery Engineering with at least 5 years of experience, GPA minium 3.3.
  • Familiar with various rotating equipment type and their basic characteristic.
  • High Integrity and Safety (OIMS) Awareness and competence in FIMS
  • Strong technical knowledge in machinery, crane and lifting, and familiar with oil and gas processing.

  • Perform other activities in-line with business goals of MICEM and Operations Technical group.

Expected Level of Proficiency/Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineer.
  • Fresh graduate with minimum GPA 3.5
  • Familiar with various electrical equipment and their basic characteristic.
  • High integrity and safety (OIMS) Awareness and competence in FIMS, esp. Program 09-Electrical.
  • Strong technical knowledge electrical system and familiar with oil and gas processing.
  • Proficiency in English, both oral and written and good communication and interpersonal skills.

Mechanic Technician I

Under general supervision, maintains, diagnoses and repairs a variety of equipment including; diesel engines, transmissions, drive train components, winches, high pressure pumps, centrifugal pumps, sand conveyor systems, air compressors, micro processor controls, electro-mechanical equipment, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, mobile/overhead cranes, wellhead attachments and pressure equipment, gearboxes, PTO's, generators, chemical metering systems, 12/24v electrical systems, equipment cabs and controls, chassis and suspension, rims, tires and wheels, forklifts, A/C systems, and a variety of other energy services equipment. Corrosion & Integrity Technician

Requirements:
  • Diploma level or equivalent
  • Minimum 8 years oil & gas industry experience within the materials, corrosion and inspection job family; preferably in producing units
  • High safety and integrity awareness, familiar with integrity inspections method selection & execution, corrosion detection and management within oil and gas industry
  • English & Bahasa Indonesia proficient both oral and written, good communication and interpersonal skills (coordination)
  • Good computer skills
  • Knowledge on Indonesia Regulation esp. Migas, and relevant industry standard ie. API, ASME, ASTM, NACE.

Job Position

Husky-CNOOC Madura Limited, an Oil & Gas company based in Jakarta with operation field in Madura, is looking for highly experienced Indonesian professional to join the team.

Technician (Mechanical)

Responsibilities: 
  • Keep the wellhead platform works in normal condition, produce adequately, and the platform maintenance is in good quality.
  • Cooperate with all sections to achieve reliable day-to-day surface facilities function and optimizing gas production (minimizing down time).
  • Performs coordination with 3M CCR operator to provide a good and constant gas supply to FPU. 
  • Performs Simultaneous Operation (SIMOP) with drilling rig or barges in case of drilling new well or well services job.
  • Work Center is located offshore with FPU as accommodation.

Requirements: 
  • Minimum Vocational High School or Diploma degree, majoring in Mechanical.
  • Minimum 10 years experiences for Vocational High School and 5 years experiences for Diploma in Oil and Gas industry (Offshore).
  • Mechanical equipment preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain & monitoring mechanical equipment to avoid failure and breakdown. The equipment includes : Pumps unit, Pedestal Crane unit, Chemical Injection pump unit, hydraulic power unit, and Emergency Generator unit.
  • Able to operate pedestal crane, certified pedestal crane will be an advantage.
  • Good verbal and written English communication.
  • Point of hire : Surabaya.
