1. Telecom Engineer

Requirements:
  • Minimum Education: University graduate on Technical Major from reputable University
  • Working Experience: More than 10 years in similar position / field
  • Work Location: Papua
  • Status Employment: Contract (12 months – extendable)
  • Project: Tangguh Onshore Project.

Required Working Skills / Qualification / Certification:
  • Engineering design activities, Knowledge of tools related to 2D and 3D modelling activities,  standard codes and regulations
  • Quantity estimation for engineering disciplines
  • Engineering man-hours and cost budget planning and monitoring
  • Engineering project documents management
  • Engineering reporting techniques
  • Engineering Subcontractor management and control
  • Engineering technical software tools
  • Engineering equipment testing, Material Testing
  • HSE Work Practices
  • Project materials post order management.

Job Description:
  • Handle the Telecom Field Engineer for BP Tangguh Onshore Project.

2. HSE Engineer

Requirements:
  • Minimum Education: University graduate from reputable university
  • Working Experience: 3 to more than 5 years in similar position / field
  • Work Location: Jakarta
  • Status Employment: Contract/Temporary
  • Department: QHSE

Required Working Skill / Qualification / Certification:
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in oil and gas industry with comprehensive experience in HSE Engineering, associated technologies and facilities.
  • Knowledge of main important international standards on HSE management system (e.g. ISO 14001 OHSAS 18001).
  • Knowledge of main important international standards on Functional Safety (e.g. IEC 61508/ 61511, ISA, etc.).
  • Understand and experience in Formal Safety Assessment activities (i.e. HAZID, LOPA/ SIL, Bow-Tie, etc.) and HSE Review activities (i.e. HSE Risk Assessment, Human Factor Engineering, etc.) as well as Occupational Health & Safety activities.
  • Knowledge of safety cases and safety critical elements (including Management of Change).

Brief Job Description:
  • Provide necessary support to ensure that Project HSE plans and procedures are developed and implemented throughout the entire project life.
  • Assist the Project engineering and management teams in scooping and/ or conducting the HSE studies and deliverables.
  • Fully participate in the HSE Risk Management process (i.e. HAZOP, HAZID, Hazard and Effect Management Process, Risk Assessment, etc.) and Occupational Health & Safety Risk Assessment.

3. Electrical Superintendent

Requirements:
  • Minimum Education: University graduate from reputable university
  • Working Experience: More than 5 years in similar position / field
  • Work Location: Papua
  • Status Employment: Contract/Temporary
  • Department: Commissioning

Required Working Skill /Qualification / Certification:
  • Ability to write, speak, and communicate effectively and appropriately in English
  • Has experience in pre-commissioning, commissioning and testing of electrical equipment of low, medium, high voltage (up to 33kV)
  • Has to be familiar with PMS (Power Management System)
  • At least 10 years’ experience in electrical supervision, with at least 5 years’ experience in PMS supervision

Brief Job Description:
  • Responsible to manage the commissioning activities at site for the integration of electrical systems with existing facilities
  • Support the Commissioning Team Leader for the aspects falling within own area of responsibility
  • Ensure the application of the HSE Manual for the activities falling within own sphere of responsibility
  • Ensure the issue of work progress reports for the part he is responsible for.
  • Ensure that all the Commissioning Inspection Test Record are signed and delivered to Handover Team Organization in due time.

4. HSE Marine Supervisor

Requirements:
  • Minimum Education: University graduate on technical major/ Diploma from related Technical Academy.
  • Working Experience: 3 to more than 5 years in similar position / field
  • Work Location: Papua
  • Status Employment: Contract/Temporary

Required Working Skill / Qualification / Certification:
  • NEBOSH IGC                                                  
  • TAP ROOT accident investigation

Brief Job Description:
  • Implementing the HSSE Plan and providing HSSE leadership at site.
  • Ensuring that CONTRACTOR and its SUBCONTRACTOR personnel adhere to and follow project HSSE Requirements.
  • Identifying and correcting safety deficiencies prior to start to work.
  • Periodic visual inspections of the worksite and construction tools and equipment to identify and correct potential hazardous physical or mechanical conditions.

5. Contract Engineer

Requirements:
  • Minimum Education: University graduate on Technical Major from reputable University
  • Working Experience: More than 5 years in similar position / field
  • Work Location: Jakarta
  • Status Employment: Contract (12 months)
  • Project: Merakes Project

Required Working Skills / Qualification / Certification:
  • Company regulations and procedures. Knowledge of the appropriate and applicable legislative requirements including but not limited to ISM Code, SOLAS and MARPOL.
  • Contract Management Execution (claim and change management with regards to partners, suppliers and customers). Knowledge of contracts schemes and contractual terms and ability to analyses the main contractual Conditions Knowledge of the process of claim and change management with regards to contracts with partners, suppliers and customers. Capability to address rights and responsibilities in a legal perspective and to highlighting pros and cons in relation to a certain variation, dispute or claim, distinguishing the commercial and legal constraints.
  • Risk assessment principles. Knowledge of methodologies and tools for conducting risk assessment in terms of detecting, evaluating and prioritizing risks.
  • Contractual (i.e. special, general and contract) terms and conditions. Knowledge of contractual regulations, standard terms and conditions.

Brief Job Description:
  • Identify Potential Variation and maintain and update register of VOP/VO/Claim
  • Initiate and chair regular VOP Meetings with all project disciplines to review current VOP and identify potential VOP
  • Monitor project correspondence, MOM, TQ, etc. to identify potential changes and alert relevant disciplines
  • Ensure notice and notifications to Company are issued as per Contractual requirements, particularly with respect to time impact
  • Prepare VOP in liaison with PCON and relevant disciplines, analyzing the contract entitlement, defining the scope impact of the change, defining cost and time impact of the change, and compiling VOP narrative and relevant technical and commercial documents.
  • Coordinate with PCON for the cost estimation of VOPs and arrange internal review of cost estimate with project management
  • Maintain an update VOP/VO records and contemporaneous project records for changes, claims and dispute resolution purpose
  • Liaise with Company on a regular basis with respect to VOP/VO/CI
  • Review clarification request from Company and coordinate and provide relevant clarifications
  • Attend review/clarification meeting with Company.

Other task:
  • Assist the Contract Manager in the daily coordination of activities;
  • Assist the Contract Manager in the coordination with Company;
  • Monitor exchange of correspondence with Company;
  • Prepare draft letters to Company;
  • Assist in the Contract review, assisting in the early identification and management of contractual risk, interpretation of Contract’s clauses and achievement of awareness of main contractual aspects.
  • Assist in review PO and Subcontractors Term & Conditions by analyzing and reviewing qualification and deviations to the GTC requested by Vendors/Subcontractors.
