Job Position

Apexindo are looking for qualified candidates for the position below:

1. Blow-out & Well Control Equipment (BOP & WCE) Supervisor

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma degree in Engineering/ Material Science
  • Having 5 years of experience in BOP & WCE Repair or Experience as Asst. Subsea Engineer
  • Experience as a mechanical supervisor or worked as a mechanic with a BOP & WCE supplier/repair shop
  • Experience in hydraulic and hydraulic control systems
  • Good understanding of API 6A/ 16A/ 16D and RP54
  • Familiar with welding codes and repair procedures
  • Familiar with shop floor operations, machining, and repair of BPO & WCE
  • Experience in hydraulic preservation, flushing, and hydraulic control systems.


2. Engineer

Requirement:
  • S1 degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Having at least 3 years of working experience in drilling industry
  • Able to use Autocad and MS Applications
  • Good command in English, both written and spoken.

3. Tubular Maintenance Supervisor

Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma degree in Engineering/ Material Science
  • Having 5 years of experience in tubular inspection and repair with a tubular inspection company
  • Understand of API, T.H. Hill (DS-1)/ Fearnley Proctor (NS) standards for Tubular inspections
  • Ability to liaise and discuss inspection findings with pipe inspectors.

4. Chief Electrician

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years as Chief Electrician or Maintenance Supervisor (standalone) on a 1000-2000HP drilling rig.
  • Prior work Experience with OEM (CAT /NOV/ ABB/ Siemens) a plus.
  • OEM training and certification considered a plus.
  • Essential: Minimum Vocational / Trade School certified (Industrial Electrician / licentiate) from a recognized institute.
  • Electrician’s License (MV) a plus 
  • Computer Literate (MS Office, Outlook)
  • Proficient in English (written & oral).

5. Chief Mechanic

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years as Chief Mechanic or Maintenance Supervisor (standalone) on a 1000-2000HP drilling rig.
  • Prior work Experience with OEM (CAT /NOV/TESCO) a plus.
  • OEM training and certification considered a plus.
  • Essential: Minimum Vocational / Trade School certified (Millwright, Heavy Diesel Mechanic) from a recognized institute.
  • Computer Literate (MS Office, Outlook)
  • Proficient in English (written & oral).

6. Safety Officer

Requirements:
  • Minimum diploma degree in Public Health or Engineering
  • Have minimum 3 years of experience in the similar position in drilling industry
  • Have technical knowledge in drilling equipment and drilling process for offshore/onshore
  • Have occupational health and safety knowledge and experience.

7. Driller

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years in the similar position on cyber jack up rig
  • Minimum High School graduates or equivalent.
  • Have valid IWCF/ IADC certifications
  • Have technical knowledge in drilling equipment & drilling process for offshore/onshore operation
  • Have a thorough knowledge of rig emergency signals and procedures 
  • Have a thorough knowledge of hand signals and safe working procedures for equipment handling 
  • Legislative safe work practice knowledge 
  • Proficiency in English (written & oral).

8. Barge Master

Requirements:
  • Have 5 years of experience in the same position
  • Experience in piling, crane operation, deck machinery, winches, 4-point mooring systems, spud systems, dredging, rock-laying for breakwaters 
  • Have valid OIM License
  • Have technical knowledge in drilling equipment
  • Have a thorough knowledge of rig emergency signals and procedures
  • Have a thorough knowledge of hand signals and safe working procedures for equipment handling
  • Have legislative safe work practice knowledge
  • Have occupational offshore HSE knowledge and experience
  • Proficient in English (written & oral)
  • Have good communication and supervisory skills.

9. Tender Staff

Requirements:
  • Minimum D3 in any major
  • Having minimum 2 years of experience in administrative work, experience in handling tender is a plus
  • Have a good knowledge of administration skill
  • Able to interface with internal and external parties
  • Proactive, positive attitude, and fast learner
  • Detail oriented, able to work as a team or individual and able to work with deadline
  • Willing to work hard and overtime
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written.

10. Corporate Finance Analyst

Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in Finance/ Accounting
  • Having at least of 3 years of working Experience in Finance
  • Having audit work experience is a plus
  • Having good analytical skill
  • Having good planning and organizing skill.

Role Synopsis

The DC Logistic Supervisor is a member of the Supply Chain Team and is responsible to ensure effective and timely implementation of all Logistics daily operational at 3PL / DC location. 

He / She responsible to develop and initiate monthly reports, metrics including productivity measurements

He / she support inventory management consisting of reconciling and maintaining finished goods inventory by SKU at 3PL / DC location. The job holder must ensure, any goods load (un) into /from lorry is in good condition, correct SKU, correct quantity and load secure inside lorry.

The role covers a range of responsibilities for safety activities at 3PL / DC 

This role report directly to Logistic Manager.

Key Accountabilies

General Responsibilities:
  • To ensure all safety procedure followed at 3PL / DC operations
  • Support inventory management consisting of reconciling and maintaining of finished goods inventory by SKU at 3PL / DC warehouse location
  • Ensure KPI for Secondary Transport & 3PL are monitor according to WWC framework
Distribution:
  • Ensure to process orders and on-time delivery by network with CSU team , Logistic team located at Plant, Transport and 3PL resource
  • Monitoring open order status
  • Plan and arrange logistics required for shipments by supervising planning of delivery done by 3PL team and responsible for In Full On Time (IFOT) achievement
  • Ensure load are optimize for delivery to customer , use correct MOT
  • Establish and manage relations with 3PL resources, transporter, CSU, freight forwarding and customers.
  • Analyze distribution activities , seeking the opportunity of reduce in transportation cost
  • Assist Distribution Manager by check of contractor invoices and month-end processing to incorporate with finance for freight accruals for secondary transport
Warehousing:
  • Oversee and monitor availability of stock to reduce shortages, working closely with Plant Logistic Supervisor , CSU and Distributor
  • Ensure product retrieval followed FIFO methodology and monitoring product shelf live before send to customers
  • Assist Distribution Manager by check of contractor invoices and month-end processing to incorporate with finance accruals for S&H rate
  • Assist Distribution Manager is scheduling the stock take within 3PL and coordinate with other parties
  • To ensure product received from Plant Warehouse and import are correct
HSSE:
  • Assist distribution manager in ensuring the compliance of the HSSE’ s policy both for 3PL and transportation
  • Assist distribution manager in enforcement and execution of the HSSE initiative according to the HSSE’ s calendar
  • Conducting safety spot check and conversation at 3P / DC
Others:
  • Identify enhancement opportunities and suggest solutions for improvement
  • Develop, articulate and maintain logistic process documentation
  • Receiving external complaint and channeling to correct parties for further action.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma Degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in Warehousing , Distribution or Logistic Field
  • Knowledge in Warehouse & Distribution Management
  • Good knowledge of Indonesia distribution route and mode of transport used
  • Proficiency of ERP system ( JDE , SAP, or Oracle ) and MS office
  • Willing to be located in Cakung, Jakarta Utara.
